What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and track project requests
- Lead special projects by structuring work, managing processes, and performing analyses
- Analyze and summarize clinical, financial, and operational data to provide actionable recommendations
- Create and deliver presentations that convey complex findings to diverse audiences
- Solve ambiguous problems by identifying key drivers and proposing solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in an analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
