      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the clean data transfer between the employer and its customers in the Performance Suite
      - Develop models to evaluate data quality and identify irregularities in submitted data
      - Apply post-pay audit methods to ensure claims are paid according to policy
      - Coordinate with internal teams for consistent tracking of covered membership and claims
      - Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field or healthcare focus
      - 1-3 years of professional experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
      - Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven track record of deriving insights from data
      - Advanced proficiency in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel
      - Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree with a quantitative focus
      - Working knowledge of healthcare claims and billing practices
      - Familiarity with value-based care and utilization management
      - Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies
      - Critical thinking skills and adaptability to changes in data architecture
