      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Director Benefits (US/Canada) with benefits administration, focusing on Leave of Absence, Disability, and Retirement plans
      - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external benefit providers and carriers
      - Manage day-to-day administration, compliance, auditing, and reporting for employer-sponsored retirement plans
      - Provide high-level service to employees and HR business partners regarding benefit matters and escalated issues
      - Ensure compliance of all benefits programs with current legal requirements and monitor for future changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
      - 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience, including administration and oversight of employee benefit plans
      - Strong communication and influencing skills
      - High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office

      - Experience in designing, delivering, and implementing creative solutions
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations related to employee benefits
