What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to determine business and technology needs
- Provide support for ongoing projects within Life and Annuity technology divisions
- Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation of policy administration systems
- Maintain and support Life Insurance and Annuity policy administration systems
- Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience
- At least 5 years of lead business analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting Life Insurance and/or Annuity policy administration systems
- 8+ years of experience working within Financial Services, specifically in Wealth Management or Insurance
- Strong understanding of systems such as Vantage, VantageOne, Cyberlife, LifeComm, or Life70
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with New Business Accelerator (NBA) or illustration systems
- Familiarity with mainframe-based systems
