What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external analytic needs
- Develop measurement frameworks and define success criteria collaboratively
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements for data insights
- Build scalable and performant business intelligence solutions to meet analytic needs
- Work with the Data VP and Data Product Manager to create BI roadmaps and prioritize features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and BI tools, particularly Tableau
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data security frameworks in BI applications
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and methodologies
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to healthcare
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of medical advancements and technologies in life sciences
