      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute the clinical data management strategy across multiple clinical studies
      - Develop Data Management Plans (DMPs), standards, templates, SOPs, and best practices
      - Oversee all clinical data management activities from study start-up through database lock
      - Manage and mentor Clinical Data Managers and Clinical Data Specialists
      - Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional collaboration with clinical, regulatory, and quality teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Data Science, Health Informatics, or related field
      - 8+ years of clinical operations or data management experience
      - 2+ years of people management experience
      - Experience with EDC systems (RAVE, Veeva, InForm, Medrio, etc.)
      - Strong ability to manage multiple studies and cross-functional priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CCDM certification preferred
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
      - Proficiency in data standards and data review processes
      - Ability to set strategic direction while managing operational details
