What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver technical and professional mentorship on predictive and prescriptive analytics matters
- Conduct advanced analyses and develop business analysis models to inform strategy
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of HR data to uncover patterns and trends
- Create compelling visual presentations that effectively communicate insights and narratives
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand issues and provide actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in business, science, or statistics with 3 years of relevant experience in HR data and analytics, or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or statistics with 5 years of applicable experience
- Detailed working knowledge of statistics, financial modeling, and people analytics
- Proficiency in visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and Python
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to define problems and provide recommendations
- Proven experience in relationship management and delivering high-quality internal work to senior executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crafting prompts for Generative AI output to solve complex challenges
- Familiarity with change management within a highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to use storytelling techniques in data presentations
