      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
      - Analyze information relevant to roles, processes, and systems to design efficient target states
      - Lead implementation of solutions and manage organizational change through stabilization
      - Execute control plans and monitor performance post-implementation
      - Organize and maintain the organization’s process knowledge library in collaboration with other areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, mathematics, finance, engineering, or relevant discipline
      - 3-5 years of business analysis, process improvement, management consulting, change management, or related experience
      - Industry-recognized process improvement certification (or equivalent work experience)
      - Project management (traditional or agile) or business analysis certification
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in P&C and Fortune 500 companies
      - Demonstrated experience with change management and operational performance improvement
