      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategically identify, pre-qualify, and acquire prospects for controls and building automation solutions
      - Develop and issue winning proposals and presentations to secure sales
      - Serve as the key point of contact with customers and lead all presentations
      - Cultivate and foster strong customer relationships to drive business growth
      - Coordinate with Project Management and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales activities related to energy efficiency and renewable technology performance contracts
      - Proven track record of securing sales from top-level management
      - Strong verbal, written, and technical presentation skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain positive business relationships
      - Valid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by resident state

      - Progressive experience in the controls and building automation industry
      - Demonstrated skills in customer energy needs assessment and effective communication of energy solutions
      - Effective negotiation and closing techniques in complex sales environments
      - Experience coordinating sales lead opportunities in educational and governmental sectors
