What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients as a strategic advisor
- Guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey in collaboration with the onboarding team
- Represent the customer's perspective internally by capturing feedback and collaborating with various teams
- Monitor client engagement and usage trends to proactively address potential challenges
- Collaborate with Sales Account Directors on renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to understand key customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Ability to travel within the U.S. to visit key customers (20% travel)
