What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue and profit growth for the region by executing best-in-class sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans with bottlers
- Track and communicate performance results, holding teams accountable for achieving goals
- Coach and lead a team of sales and marketing associates to enhance performance and execution
- Influence executive leadership on strategic matters to maximize brand productivity within the division
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of direct sales and management experience across multiple channels
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- High level of analytical skills, including familiarity with Nielsen and other sales reporting tools
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage substantial travel requirements
