      Worthington Industries Consumer Products Marketing Team is looking for a detail oriented, thoughtful, and agile E-commerce (Digital) Analyst to serve as a key business partner working closely with cross-functional teams. This individual will help implement and measure the impact of e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives. Primary areas of focus include executing and analyzing online performance and the impact of digital campaigns, supporting, and measuring Retail Media campaigns, online promotions, and other projects as assigned. Successful candidates are self-starters bringing a positive attitude and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment to support interdepartmental e-commerce and digital strategies.

      The E-commerce (Digital) Analyst should have experience with leveraging first, second- and third-party data to extract insights, be well versed in Microsoft Excel and is comfortable establishing new processes within a team. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of online performance KPIs, paid media ROI related KPIs, and other industry e-commerce and digital benchmarking data points. The ideal candidate has experience with e-commerce through DTC platforms, Amazon, and major national retailers, is familiar with digital marketing tactics and KPIs and brings experience and passion for e-commerce and interconnected merchandising.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Support the team’s optimization of online products and campaigns across all channels by conducting analysis and providing insights to improve the online experience and drive conversion
      • Ensure that new and promotional items are optimized online and offer support in executing optimizations when needed
      • Partner with media agency analytics and brand teams to align on KPIs, and ensure consistent information exchange
      • Track performance of product pages, content, and digital initiatives ad hoc
      • Work interdepartmentally on improving the inventory forecasting process and creating plans that optimize all brands on retail partner sites as well as DTC
      • Identify interconnected merchandising opportunities via regular reporting
      • Leverage a proactive mindset to draw actionable insights from large and diverse data

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • 5-7 experience in e-commerce and digital marketing facing work specifically analyzing results of digital campaigns, online promotions, and online product placements through retailer or DTC
      • Understanding of web analytics tool basics: tags, cookies, variables, e-commerce KPIs, and digital marketing ROI related KPIs
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
      • Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet fast-paced deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities
      • Familiarity with retail commerce platforms, advertising platforms and digital platforms some of which include: Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, The Home Depot Supplier Hub, Retail Media+, Walmart 360 and Walmart Connect
      • Self-starter with comfort in ambiguous situations
      • Capable of juggling several projects at once and meeting deadlines
      • Team player with a positive attitude
