What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the review of EPC contractor's engineering and design packages for accuracy and compliance with applicable codes
- Assess HV substation and PV plant electrical designs, including general arrangements and protection schemes
- Ensure proper integration of MV and HV equipment in accordance with industry standards
- Evaluate design risks and recommend cost-effective engineering solutions for solar and wind facilities
- Collaborate with EPC teams to ensure comprehensive documentation is submitted to regulatory bodies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering designation with APEGA is required
- Minimum of 6 years of related engineering experience
- General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations
- Valid driver’s license, subject to verification through a motor vehicle check

- Proven ability to predict obstacles and determine innovative solutions to challenges
- Effective interpersonal skills for communication with peers and external partners
