What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and monitor midsize to large-scale projects within multiple functional departments
- Perform complex designs, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic clinical applications
- Conduct workflow assessments and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements
- Deliver post-implementation training, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Configure vendor applications and products, maintaining system documentation and specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with seven (7) years of Epic application experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Epic application experience
- Epic certification(s) required
- Proven ability to effectively utilize system tools and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills with technical and clinical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in both Epic Bones and Kaleidoscope
- Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare organization
