What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain service line profitability analyses and support cost allocation methodologies
- Generate monthly FTE and productivity reports, including departmental analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly performance and productivity reports
- Assist in the development of operating and capital budgets, including fixed and variable budget databases
- Support the maintenance of the Decision Support System (EPSi) and provide analytical support for special projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical center or similar setting with knowledge of cost accounting and general ledger
- Proficient in data analysis interpretation and Microsoft Suite
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to resolve problems effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integrated financial decision support systems that include clinical components
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification
- Demonstrated project management abilities
- Creative and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with statistical methods
