      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll functionality, configuration, and best practices
      - Design, configure, and maintain absence plans, accruals, time entry codes, and related business processes
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time entry, approvals, and payroll results
      - Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for actionable insights
      - Provide post-production support across Workday HCM modules and mentor junior team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
      - Expert-level hands-on experience configuring Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hospitality industry experience a strong plus
      - Prior experience with Workday acquisitions, data loads, and configuration
      - Willingness to travel occasionally to company properties
