What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business leadership to deliver tailored technology solutions
- Serve as the primary IT contact for assigned portfolios, building relationships with department heads
- Lead the intake process for new project requests using the Jira framework
- Maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and budget cycles
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles and act as an escalation point for service delivery issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, business analysis, or relationship management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience working with business operation teams, particularly in Financial, Legal, Procurement, and HR areas
- Strong strategic thinking skills to translate complex business problems into technical requirements
- Proficiency in managing portfolios within Jira; familiarity with financial planning tools like Anaplan is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills to provide clear options and solutions to executive leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading innovation initiatives, including AI strategies, from concept to production
- Background in roles such as Business Relationship Management, IT Business Partner, Product Management, or Operational Leadership
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging project shifts
