      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training materials and presentations to support the sales team
      - Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps and opportunities for improved support and efficiencies
      - Monitor the effectiveness of enablement tools and adjust strategies based on performance feedback
      - Create and manage internal communication channels to maximize visibility of initiatives for sales teams
      - Deliver training for sales reps on marketing programs and tools to drive awareness and adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-8+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or revenue marketing
      - Strong creative sensibility with exceptional attention to detail
      - Experience collaborating with field sales and translating feedback into actionable programs
      - Familiarity with sales and marketing CRMs and sales enablement platforms
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      - Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement strategies
      - Experience with analytics and performance measurement in sales enablement
