What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive marketing-related activities for the Water business line
- Lead and coordinate proposal efforts from kick-off through submission, ensuring all RFP requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advocate
- Collaborate with technical staff, business development, and other corporate teams to deliver high-quality proposals and marketing materials
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated writing and editing skills
- Proven client focus with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience managing marketing projects from start to finish
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
- Experience with Adobe InDesign for document layout
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-starting attitude
