What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial insights and projections to inform organizational decision-making
- Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the employer’s system-wide financial activity
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reporting
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Present recommendations and findings regarding complex financial issues in a clear format
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressive financial responsibilities in planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial modeling
- Ability to design and implement new strategies and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Three-plus years of healthcare experience
