What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Modernize and unify financial systems by developing business models and managing strategic projects
- Deliver exceptional user experiences that support WEX's competitive position in the market
- Build and prioritize the billing and finance roadmap while making informed tradeoff decisions
- Lead scrum teams to ensure alignment on mission and iterative delivery of results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights for product development and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 - 10 years of experience in product management, particularly in financial, HR, and data systems
- Proven track record of developing successful products and processes in finance
- Ability to articulate product vision and how features interface with overall strategy
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience with customer journey mapping and rapid experimentation
- Familiarity with automation and AI capabilities in product development
- Strong comfort with navigating ambiguity and changing business environments
