- The Product Manager I owns a project or a small number of tasks within a larger product. They often are accountable for the execution and delivery of those projects against a more broadly articulated roadmap and strategy.
- You write specifications and lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, project management, etc.) to deliver features to our consumers.
- The PM will analyze customer feedback, product analytics, and external benchmarking to identify new feature opportunities and make iterative product changes based.
- You will identify testing opportunities to maximize the impact of content within digital commerce.
- The Sell PM will work with business partners to identify opportunities to better serve customers’ needs within their purchase journey.
- In this role, you will partner with merchandising, operations, and other cross-functional team members to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience in navigation, search, discovery, ratings, reviews, and purchase decision-making on product listing and product detail pages.
- You should provide clear, transparent communication about progress, priorities, and decision-making and what data points drive the roadmap's decision-making and prioritization.
- Passionate about great products and the consumer experience.
- Has the ability to set a clear direction for teams, collaborate with peers and motivate them to achieve goals that are part of the broader product vision as well as build consensus amongst the team, helping to reach decisions that stick.
- Able to construct an evidenced-based, data-driven argument in support of a product decision and direction.
- Effectively communicate product ideas with others outside of their immediate work group in documents, presentations, and in person.
- Self-directed in execution and require limited supervision in defining the product roadmap and little to no oversight in driving execution.
- Takes an active role in defining the product direction relative to the overall product strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data and research.
- Proficient in scrum/agile development methodologies and tools
- 2-4 years or more of hands-on experience in an Ecommerce or closely related product role.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager who will be helping to fuel digital growth within our commerce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product and design leaders for the Under Armour Ecommerce Experience team. You’ll be part of a close-knit team transforming Under Armour as it strengthens and deepens its customer relationship.
We are passionate about making athletes better. And to do this, we must stay close to our consumers, which means researching, designing experiments, digging into product analytics, and talking to athletes whenever possible.
The Product Manager for Sell will focus on delivering value to consumers within their product discovery, evaluation, and purchase decision-making journey.

This position is remote.
Base salary range: $103,000 - $141,000/yr
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
