What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, retrospectives, and system demos
- Oversee multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-team dependencies for smooth delivery
- Drive adherence to SAFe practices and mentor teams in Agile methodologies
- Monitor ART performance metrics and report on progress, risks, and issues
- Support the initiation, planning, and delivery of new platform development initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery or related field; OR
- Master's degree with 8 years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery or related field; OR
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery or related field
- Proven expertise in using Veeva’s risk management toolsets
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical trials innovation or related pharmaceutical fields
- Senior-level consulting experience in managing large-scale programs within the pharmaceutical industry
