What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver results for key initiatives in alignment with organizational and strategic goals
- Facilitate end-to-end project management process, engaging stakeholders and team members
- Organize and manage team schedule through communication planning and appropriate project documentation
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies, ensuring project objectives are met
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and develop quality control processes for projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years proven success as a Project Manager
- PMP or equivalent formal program management training
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
