What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all aspects of client projects from inception to deployment, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and within scope
- Create and maintain project artifacts using the standard PM toolkit and manage the project schedule
- Conduct external kickoff meetings and lead status meetings with clients and internal teams
- Manage project implementation budget, including invoicing, forecasting, and calculating gross margin
- Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary while providing regular status updates to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a Business-related field
- 6+ years of previous technical project manager experience required
- Experience managing system replacement and/or integration projects at a SaaS company required
- Proven ability to work with business and technical executives to outline and execute against strategic roadmaps
- Strong attention to detail and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment
- Insurance industry experience
