  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for design and construction projects
  - Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project execution
  - Track project budgets and deliver accurate financial reporting to senior management
  - Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements during laboratory construction
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; preference for MS in Project Management
  - Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a highly regulated industry
  - Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
  - Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple states

  - Skilled in vendor management and relations
  - Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
  - Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
