What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform accurate and timely calculations of sales commission and incentive compensation
- Act as a subject matter expert, resolving commission inquiries and discrepancies with sales personnel
- Support management with ad-hoc analyses related to sales performance and incentive outcomes
- Maintain audit-ready documentation of commission calculations and ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance commission processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field
- 4 – 6+ years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis, or compensation administration
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail

- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
