What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure on AWS using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Lead medium-to-large platform initiatives from planning through execution and delivery
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
- Mentor intermediate engineers and co-ops, providing guidance through code reviews and technical coaching
- Collaborate across teams to align infrastructure and platform capabilities with engineering needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native services
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Exposure to AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Dev)
- Contributions to open-source projects or internal tooling initiatives
- Experience in Kafka, data pipelines, and graph technologies such as Neptune
