      This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

      Overview

      The Sr. Strategic Relationship Manager is a key manager responsible for leading and driving the digital strategy of the commerce organization. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital and brick and mortar initiatives to enhance the company's online distribution share of gift cards, customer experience, and overall digital capabilities. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital and commerce efforts with the overall business strategy, ensuring a seamless integration of technology, marketing, and customer engagement.

      Responsibilities

      Responsibilities:

      Digital Strategy and Leadership:

      • Develop and implement a robust digital strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
      • Provide visionary leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
      • Develops and implements comprehensive strategies to improve partner sales operations and differentiate the organization from its competitors.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration:

      • Collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and other departments to align digital efforts with broader business goals.
      • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

      Customer Experience Enhancement:

      • Lead efforts to optimize the digital customer journey for DDPs, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
      • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through digital channels.
      • Works closely with key partners at a senior level to meet common goals and ensure that commitments are kept.

      Digital Marketing and Branding:

      • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, social media, and content marketing and investment through driving best practices within Blackhawk’s relationships and marketplace partners.
      • Ensure a consistent and compelling digital brand strategy across all online platforms.

      Data Analytics and Insights:

      • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commerce initiatives.
      • Build annual plans and playbooks for key partners

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
      • BA in business, marketing, or a related field +12+ years experience leading growth accounts
      • Experience managing short & long term road maps
      • extensive experience working with and managing some of the organization's most important partners
      • Proven experience in a digital leadership role.
      • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Demonstrated success in driving and achieving business goals.

      Benefits

      Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $146,130.00 to $233,870.00

      Salary Range for California Residents Only: $182,280.00 to $237,000.00

      Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2024, sick pay accrual according to state law, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
