What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of updates to pump firmware and mobile apps
- Define roadmap for upcoming releases aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Engineering and Scrum Masters to plan sprints
- Manage backlog in Jira and attend all scrum ceremonies
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's hardware and mobile products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in defining product solutions for consumer-facing software
- 2 years of experience in hardware/firmware products
- 4 years of experience in mobile apps
- 4 years leading cross-functional teams
- 3 years in an Agile/scrum environment

- Experience with software engineering or educational background in the field
