      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide phone, email, and chat-based customer support to a growing customer base
      - Document case activities and interactions with clear and concise information

      - Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and personal service
      - Collaborate with research and development teams to determine root causes and solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
      - Minimum of two years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role
      - Strong network and security knowledge
      - Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with endpoint and server-based security solutions
      - Experience with host-based security solutions
      - Training delivery experience is an advantage
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, K8)
