What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform threat hunting and research tailored threat intelligence for customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations relating to intelligence reports and threat hunting findings
- Respond to customer requests regarding threat intelligence, hunting, and dark web monitoring
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance threat hunting services and develop specialized intelligence knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring
- Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels
- Experience in presenting and delivering reports to stakeholders
- Proven incident handling skills with experience in managing targeted threats
- Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of contemporary scripting languages
- Familiarity with LogScale/CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL)
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API)
- Experience working with government clients
