      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage accounts payable operations, including vendor onboarding and inquiries
      - Support month-end close processes by ensuring vendor invoices are accurately coded and approved
      - Review corporate credit card transactions for compliance with accounting policies
      - Complete reconciliations for month-end close and resolve vendor balance discrepancies
      - Oversee and provide feedback to the outsourced offshore accounting team, enhancing their training and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience managing vendor portfolio balances over $1B annually
      - Advanced Excel skills are required
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Netsuite, BILL.com, Brex, or Coupa
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software (MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, Google Docs)
