What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic partner to the Director of Cybersecurity & IT, executing high-impact security initiatives
- Lead compliance lifecycle for HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA using automation platforms
- Design and automate Identity Access Management (IAM) systems to enforce Least Privilege
- Conduct application security reviews and collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams on security tasks
- Manage security operations and incident response, ensuring rapid remediation of security incidents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of relevant experience in senior-level IT, DevOps, Engineering, or Security roles
- Deep experience with compliance automation platforms, preferably Vanta
- Expert-level knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles
- Ability to communicate technical security risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with experience using task management tools, preferably Jira
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with AppSec workflows, including code scanning and vulnerability management
- Experience configuring and managing Zscaler environments
- Familiarity with SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools like Spin.ai
- Interest in leveraging AWS AI tools for internal knowledge management
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Security design and hardening
