      Main duties of the job

      As a vital member of our team, you will assess the care needs of your patients and develop, implement, and evaluate tailored care programmes. Whether serving as the named care provider for a specific group or supporting the wider patient community, your expertise will make a real difference.

      You will assist in managing and organising the nursing workload, ensuring seamless communication across the team, and providing valuable support to junior staff. Your leadership will also extend to supervising and assessing learners and unregistered staff, acting as a dedicated mentor and named supervisor.
