Job Description

- Developing and deploying scripts, tools, services to improve our CI/CD workflows on-prem and on the cloud.
- Maintenance and performance optimisation of automation workflows.
- Communication & collaboration with IT, productivity and IP development (RTL design and verification) teams.
- Providing timely analysis and resolution of issues reported by development teams.
- Requirements analysis and task breakdown.
- Experience in Linux Systems Administration.
- Experience in one or more complied or scripting language (Python3 and/or TCL is an advantage).
- Experience with cloud providers
- Expertise in version control and code review tooling like Gerrit, Git, GitHub and GitLab.
- Strong interpersonal skills are vital for success; communicating clearly with stakeholders.
- Fundamental knowledge in a DevOps/Infrastructure position.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and visualization tooling.
- Experience using or maintaining automated build systems such as Bamboo, Jenkins
- Some exposure to development board or server farms.
- Basic understanding of hardware IP development (RTL design and verification).
- Some understanding of build and integration systems like Make, CMake, Yocto, and buildroot.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methods such as Agile.

You will be responsible for developing and supporting test automation tools executing in different *NIX like and containerized environments. This includes investigating existing automation architecture and workflows and renewing and optimizing these. You will work side-by-side with local hardware IP development and global productivity engineering teams, helping them enhancing existing automation solutions or helping new teams to create new implementation.
We seek proactive individuals with experience and understanding of application development, automating command-line tools, Linux system administration, virtualization and containerization tooling.
