      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process equity grants, option exercises, stock transfers, and other equity transactions in compliance with applicable laws
      - Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports and forms, including Forms 3, 4, 5, S-8, and other compliance filings
      - Manage and organize corporate governance documentation related to equity matters
      - Coordinate with transfer agents and third-party service providers to facilitate equity administration
      - Track and monitor compliance with federal and state securities laws and filing deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree
      - 3-6 years of experience in equity administration within a public company
      - Knowledge of federal and state securities laws and SEC filing requirements
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with stock plan administration platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Shareworks, Certent)
      - Familiarity with Section 16 reporting requirements
