What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution readiness, ensuring alignment on goals
- Facilitate discussions that drive clarity and actionable outcomes
- Analyze complex problems and develop strategic recommendations based on insights
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by building strong relationships in a collaborative environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or similar roles
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decisions across multiple organizational levels
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect actions to long-term outcomes
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in group insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with Agile environments or Agile Release Trains
- Understanding of business case development, initiative planning, and strategic portfolio management
