What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and ensure reliable capacity and quality performance
- Identify sourcing opportunities to improve cost and supplier reliability for Removables
- Lead sourcing workstreams from supplier research through to onboarding and launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supplier performance issues
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and problem-solving
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related field
- Experience in vendor sourcing programs, including RFQ/RFP execution and supplier performance management
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost, quality, and lead-time trade-offs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive execution across stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for external supplier interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost savings
- Familiarity with data analysis tools including Salesforce and SQL
