- Develop and implement a strategic workforce plan that aligns with the firm’s global business objectives.
- Facilitate workforce planning workshops and other meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and identify skills gaps.
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify current and future workforce trends, skill gaps, and critical roles.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of workforce planning activities and use data to inform decision making.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning, and incorporate them into the organization's approach as appropriate.
- Communicate workforce planning strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic workforce planning or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience working in or with human capital management, talent acquisition or talent management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use complex data to inform decision making.
- Experience with HR analytics tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate workforce planning strategies and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning.
- Experience working in or with professional services firms strongly desired.

Job Description:
The Role
The Strategic Workforce Planning Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce strategy and plan to support the organization's strategic goals. The Strategic Workforce Program Manager will develop and implement plans to ensure the firm has the right people in the right roles at the right time – both now and in the future – by working closely with business leaders across the firm to understand talent needs to meet business growth goals, identifying gaps in the workforce, and implementing solutions to address those gaps.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,891.00 to $196,731.00.
