      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support in drafting communications and logistics management for meetings
      - Support the development of policy-related materials for various audiences
      - Assist with data and research collection for research projects
      - Aid in data collection through primary and secondary sources
      - Assist in the development of presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current student enrolled in a master's level educational program
      - Competent with basic data analysis, tabulation, and graphing
      - Strong research and writing competencies
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Asset: Exposure to international students, healthcare workers, or skilled trades

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Brings lived experience as a first-generation immigrant, refugee youth, or international student
      - Strong understanding or experience with immigration issues
