      Leadership Initiatives is a 501©(3) nonprofit that partners with Georgetown University to give outstanding high school students internship opportunities in the areas of Law, Medicine, Security, and Business. Each summer, Leadership Initiatives holds our Advanced Medical & Public Health Internship, a first-of-its-kind program where students partner with doctors to diagnose real patients in sub-Saharan Africa using telemedicine technology.

      Position Specific Summary
      • The student will provide assistance in management and planning for print, web, social media, and/or other digital content.
      • Tasks may include: reviewing existing departmental websites and suggest edits, executing a marketing plan, website maintenance, updating and/or developing key materials and opportunities used to promoting departmental expertise and practices, editing or creating videos, and assisting in the management of social media channels, including writing and posting original content.
      • Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental/faculty needs.
      • Interested in a videographer to work at Georgetown over the summer throughout the month of July.
