      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with documenting and analyzing the history of Wisconsin Latino labor and civil rights organizations
      - Support image cataloging and database development for project materials
      - Conduct transcription of interviews and assist with appointment setting
      - Participate in project team meetings and communicate with project staff
      - Engage in the scanning, integration, and preservation of film negatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Basic understanding of database management
      - Ability to perform light lifting up to 5 lbs
      - Strong communication skills for collaboration with project staff

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) methods
      - Previous experience in labor education or civil rights research
      - Familiarity with archival research and preservation techniques
      - Skills in audio transcription or interview facilitation
      - Interest in labor movements and social justice issues
