What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Attend mediations, trials, and hearings, and other assigned duties
- Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation in accordance with regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational and legal compliance
- Manage a team of Attorneys and Paralegals
- Develop departmental policies, procedures, and goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Located in the state of Alabama
- JD from accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in AL, TN, and GA
- Minimum of eight years of litigation/courtroom experience and default management
- Member of the state Bar with necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements
