      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, train, and mentor a team of four Paralegal 1s
      - Manage legal case filings and review cases for next steps
      - Participate in management team meetings and contribute to business planning
      - Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and case analyses
      - Maintain knowledge of court procedures and ensure compliance with filing requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of four years of experience through paralegal certification, a two-year paralegal degree, or paraprofessional experience supporting an attorney
      - One year of experience as a Paralegal 1 in Washington State service
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and correspondence
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with litigation and knowledge of legal deadlines
      - Strong communication skills, particularly in listening and conflict resolution
      - Background in leading, mentoring, or training others
      - Familiarity with civil litigation processes in Washington State
      - Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
