Job Description
- Req#: 1010
- Monitor and accurately process incoming requests in the #snps-devoted-sep-approvals Slack channel 5-10 requests per hour
- Return applications to agents via Apollo/Sunfire when corrections are needed
- Pull MARx eligibility reports and distribute as needed
- Report on trends weekly in RFI/Denial meeting
- Track contest winners and payment status
- Support the setup and execution of new contests in coordination with supervisors
- Send calendar invites and communications for training sessions, company-wide meetings, and onboarding events
- Schedule and coordinate guest speakers, and SME participation
- Maintain training calendars and send reminders to participants
- Update sales job aids on a weekly/monthly basis in Sales Center
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or sales support experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, or Slack)
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
- Health insurance license
- Experience in Medicare Advantage sales
- Familiarity with Sunfire, MARx
