      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop advanced medical aesthetic device technologies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
      - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
      - Assist in the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and compliance
      - Participate in the testing and evaluation of new products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the medical device industry
      - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices
      - Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aesthetics or breast health sectors
      - Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards
      - Strong communication and teamwork skills
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
