      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales quotas for breast device products within your territory
      - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
      - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      - Plan and execute sales strategies to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders
      - Educate and consult on breast device cases, providing technique considerations and product differentiation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical device sales
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Ability to work in an operating room setting and assist in surgeries
      - Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to manage administrative tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and experience in plastic surgery
      - Proactive and hands-on attitude
      - Experience navigating hospital VAC processes
      - Ability to adapt to an evolving work environment
