What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct phone interviews with research participants for various health and social science projects
- Follow established interview protocols to ensure data quality
- Maintain accurate records of interviews and participant responses
- Communicate clearly and effectively with participants throughout the interview process
- Work a minimum of 12 hours per week, including at least one evening or weekend shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to protocol
- Clear speaking voice and strong typing skills
- Ability to sit and talk on the phone for extended periods
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Willingness to work evening or weekend shifts as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in research or data collection
- Familiarity with health or social science topics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
- Experience using phone interviewing techniques
