Job Description

- The development of the company sustainability programs
- the implementation of Sustainability data collection and reporting at group level with a focus on internal operations and external supply chain (e.g. traceability)
- the calculation of sustainability KPIs and outcome presentation
- carrying out projects and implementing actions to increase sustainability awareness within Company culture and employees in line with Valentino sustainability strategy
- benchmarking best-practices in sustainability
- the organization of specific trainings on sustainability related subjects, both internally and externally
- analyzing sustainable materials standards and certifications
- the implementation of the sustainability vendor rating.
- Engineering or Economic degree (scientific back-ground required)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PPT
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong principles of integrity & trust
- Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Willingness to start a path in the field of sustainability
- Knowledge of CSR principles, frameworks, tools and methodologies
